Vue.js, for interfaces that feel effortless.

Our frontend framework of choice for rich, responsive interfaces: in production with us for years, paired with Laravel, and applied only where a full framework actually earns its keep.

Why Vue

A framework chosen for the decade, not the demo

Frontend frameworks age badly when they’re chosen by fashion. Teams rewrite from one to the next, each migration abandoned halfway, each rewrite promising to be the last.

We standardised on Vue.js because it has the qualities that survive: a gentle learning curve for teams who inherit it, first-class documentation, a stable core team and a pragmatic ecosystem.

Just as importantly, we know when not to use it. Plenty of pages need no framework at all — and we will say so.

1

The framework treadmill

A rewrite every few years as fashions change, each migration abandoned halfway.

2

SPA by default

Single-page apps chosen for the CV, paid for in complexity, SEO and load time.

3

Vue, where it earns its place

A stable, documented framework applied deliberately — and skipped where it adds nothing.

What we build with it

Where Vue.js does its best work

Dashboards and portals

Data-heavy interfaces with filtering, live updates and state handled properly.

Laravel + Inertia apps

Vue frontends on Laravel backends without the ceremony of a separate API.

Headless frontends

Vue frontends on WordPress or any sensible API, when performance demands it.

Real-time interfaces

Live notifications, presence and collaborative features over websockets.

Component libraries

Design systems and shared components that keep products consistent as they grow.

Incremental adoption

Vue islands inside existing pages: modernisation without a rewrite.

How we deliver

From design file to production

01

Discovery and scoping

We map what needs building, audit anything existing, and fix the price before we start.

02

Design and definition

Screens, data model and integrations specified so there are no surprises mid-build.

03

Build in sprints

Working software every fortnight, with your feedback steering each sprint. UAT before anything ships.

04

Launch and evolve

Staged rollout and training, then continuous improvement on a care plan.

Engagements

Three ways to start

Custom software is priced by scope, not seats. These are honest starting points; the discovery sprint gives you a fixed quote before you commit to a build.

Start here

Discovery Sprint

Two weeks to map the interface and de-risk the build.

£4,950 fixed
  • Workshops to map screens, states and journeys
  • Audit of your existing frontend
  • Clickable prototype of the core screens
  • Component architecture and performance budget
  • Fixed-price quote for the full build

After launch, hosting and ongoing care are covered by our monthly care plans, so what we build stays fast, secure and up to date.

FAQ

Fair questions

Straight answers to the things people sensibly ask about building with Vue.js.

Both are capable; we standardised on Vue because it produces codebases that stay readable as teams change, and it pairs beautifully with Laravel via Inertia. Depth in one stack beats shallowness in three — that focus is what you're hiring.

Often not, and we will say so. Livewire or plain server-rendered pages cover many cases with far less complexity. Vue earns its place when the interface is genuinely application-like.

Yes. We audit it, get tests and tooling in order, and either stabilise or modernise incrementally — including Vue 2 to Vue 3 migrations, which we have done the hard way so you don't have to.

Solved with the right architecture: server-side rendering or static generation where pages need to rank, hydration only where interactivity demands it. It is a design decision we make up front, not a patch afterwards.

Two months of support are included, then a monthly care plan covers dependency updates, monitoring and a developer-time allowance — the same team, not a handover.
