Yes. Most sites we look after were built elsewhere. The health check tells us what state it is in, we migrate it to our platform for free, and we take it from there. If the codebase has deeper problems, we tell you honestly and quote separately for putting them right.

Real development work by our in-house team: content changes, layout tweaks, plugin conflicts, small features, integrations. It is not a call centre reading from a script. Unused hours do not roll over, but we will always tell you before doing work that would exceed your allowance.

Monitoring alerts us usually before you notice. We investigate immediately during working hours and restore from backups if needed. Interstellar and Deep Space plans include faster response commitments, and Deep Space can include out-of-hours emergency cover.

No. All plans are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. If you leave, we hand over your site, backups and DNS cleanly. No hostages.

The health check is £350 as a standalone piece of work: a full review of your hosting, speed, security, backups and plugin health, with a prioritised list of fixes. If you go on to join any plan, it is comped in full, on the house.
